KS2 Primary Framework:

Year 3:

Derive and recall all addition and subtraction facts for each number to 20, sums and differences of multiples of 10 and number pairs that total 100 (Block A, Block B and Block E)

Add or subtract mentally combinations of one–digit and two–digit numbers (Block A)

Derive and recall multiplication facts for the 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10 times–tables and the corresponding division facts; recognise multiples of 2, 5 or 10 up to 1000 (Block A)

Multiply one–digit and two–digit numbers by 10 or 100, and describe the effect (Block A)

Year 4: 

Add or subtract mentally pairs of two-digit whole numbers (Block A)

Recall quickly multiplication facts up to $10\times 10$ and use them to multiply pairs of multiples of 10 and 100; derive quickly corresponding division facts (Block A)

Relate fractions to their decimal representations (Block E)

Year 6:

Calculate mentally with integers and decimals: $\text{U}.\text{t}\pm \text{U}.\text{t}$, $\text{TU}\times \text{U}$, $\text{TU}÷\text{U}$,$\text{U}.\text{t}\times \text{U}$, $\text{U}.\text{t}÷\text{U (Block A)}$
